This beautiful two room second floor apartment is located in the historic town of Minturn, five minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. The apartment is actually two separate rooms on the second floor of the building. One room is the bedroom with three large, comfortable beds. The second room features the combined living room, dining room, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is plenty of room to spread out in front of the large TV or play games on the dining room table. The kitchenette doesn't have a stove but is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, blender, table top roasting oven, coffee maker, sink and toaster. The bathroom, has a walk-in tiled shower. The entire apartment has wood floors and is pet and smoke free. The two rooms are not connected and require a 4 foot walk outside (under a roof.) In the warm months, the outside deck is usable with outdoor furniture. The apartment is best suited for guests who want to be in the heart of the town’s entertainment and dining district.
Other Details to Note
This apartment is located downtown, in the heart of the restaurant district therefor our space is not ideal for guests seeking a quiet retreat.
