LOCATION: The location of this condo could not be more perfectly situated. You are a few minutes walk to the gondola that will take you to the world class ski resort of Beaver Creek. There is so much to offer in the Village including skiing, ice skating and incredible restaurants and shops. In the summer, there are free concerts, hiking and loads of activities. The Seasons building offers a heated garage, ski locker, private elevators and a lobby. From the building you are just a quick walk to the famous Nottingham Lake, shops, cafes and a wonderful creek-side trail. You will never lack for things to do. With this booking, you have access to the Membership at BlueBird Ski Lockers & Club, right in the lobby. Store you ski's or bikes at the beautiful club, grab a coffee, get your ski's tuned or use the co-working space. PARKING: You will park in the private, heated garage with an elevator to take you up to the 6th floor condo. MAIN FLOOR: As you enter the 6th floor condo you will immediately notice the expansive views of Beaver Creek Mountain. The sliding door to the balcony and the big windows fill the living room with light. The kitchen flows straight into the living room which also offers a large dining room table. Secondary Suite: The Jr suite is down the hall with a Queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom and smart TV. Bunk Room: The bunk room has four twin beds and a full bathroom just steps away in the hallway. While you will have a covered parking in the public garage you can also park your car and walk almost anywhere. The gondola is a quick walk to access Beaver Creek Ski Resort. You can also walk to all the shops and cafes in the Town of Avon as well as the library, rec center and the world famous Nottingham Park & Lake that is home to the huge 4th of July celebrations every year. There is a also a county wide bus system that is easy to use and a bus stop just across the street.
