The condo is located right off Cabin Fever, which made for an easy start and end to the ski day. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the hot tub and pool facilities are excellent.

It was our first Beaver Creek visit and we found the location great - easy shuttle ride only couple minutes from the slopes, very quite and overall well located. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful- although we didn’t have issues during our stay, she got in touch with us prior our trip and answered our questions promptly

Cozy, clean, and in a great location near Vail ski mountain. Jamie was very responsive and kind, which made our trip smooth and stress-free. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

one thing is that the bedroom and the living room/bathroom is not connected, you have to walk across an outdoor hallway. but besides that everything is great and really close to vail and beaver creek (10-15 min drive)

We loved our stay here!! It’s a perfect location if you’re skiing breaker creek just across the street from the Bear Lot parking and the free shuttle to the mountain, you’re skiing in 5 minutes. Also an easy and quick drive to Vail.
Easy access to the condo, and easy parking.
Clean, spacious and very comfortable.
Jaimie is a great host! Always responsive, and willing to help!! We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Very responsive host! One of the breakers tripped on our first night and they were very quick to help late at night! Very comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities. Perfect place for a ski/board trip.

We stayed here for a weekend and loved it! Very centrally located to other things in Minturn. The place was extremely well kept and the check in instructions were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

The Upper Borders property was great. Spacious, well decorated, well furnished, in excellent condition. It is a great location with wonderful views of the key mountain ski runs.
The Village Shuttles are wonderful. It’s like calling a free Uber with room for the whole party, ski gear, etc., or to just go to dinner. The service is free to guests and the drivers are great - polite, helpful and very timely.
